The Importance of Breathing

STOP what you’re doing unless it‘s reading this, which case feel free to continue. Turn off everything: lights, tv, music, etc… OFF! Now lay down, close your eyes, and just breathe. Focus on nothing else but your exsistence. Feel the blood flowing through your body. Explore it mentally. Make sure to feel every last cell. The movement, the flow, the life. And most importantly don’t forget to breathe. You are human and you breathe to live. So as long as you’re breathing you should be smiling. Cause even if it seems bad, life is good and it goes on…

I just read this to my boyfriend, who has been stressing horribly, and he said it helped to relax him =) Reminds me of buddist meditation, I think I'm going to try this later.
